SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to SMS programs operated by Find Your Tribe Raleigh (“FYT Raleigh”). SMS participation is optional and separate from any ticket purchase, membership purchase, or other required agreement.

Program description
FYT Raleigh may offer one or more SMS programs. Depending on the program you separately opt into, messages may include:
- Ticket confirmations, QR-code delivery, reminders, arrival instructions, and event changes
- Membership activation or account notices
- Payment-method action needed or failed-payment notices
- Membership cancellation scheduled or cancellation completed notices
- Other service or account messages clearly described at the point of opt-in
If FYT Raleigh offers promotional or marketing SMS, that program will require a separate opt-in and will not be bundled with event or membership consent.
Opt-in and consent
You receive SMS messages only after providing a mobile number and affirmatively opting into the applicable FYT Raleigh SMS program. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing a ticket, purchasing a membership, creating an account, or receiving another non-SMS service.
An SMS consent choice should be presented separately from required terms or purchase actions and should not be preselected.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the program and your activity. Event messaging may include several messages around an event. Membership/account messaging is sent when relevant account or billing events occur. Promotional messaging, if separately offered and accepted, may have its own disclosed frequency.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan and carrier.
Opt out
Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable FYT Raleigh SMS program. After your opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional messages for that program unless you opt in again.

Carrier and delivery notice
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery can be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, or other factors outside FYT Raleigh’s control.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as messaging platforms may process this information only as needed to provide messaging services to FYT Raleigh.

Changes
We may update these SMS Terms as our messaging programs or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
