Effective October 1, 2026. These terms apply to the paid Find Your Tribe Raleigh ("FYT Raleigh") Singles Group membership.
Membership and billing
The membership price is $15 per month. When you join during a month, Stripe calculates a prorated first charge for the remaining portion of that month. After that, the membership renews at $15 on the 1st of each month until canceled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. FYT Raleigh does not store full payment card numbers.
Facebook group access
The membership supports access to the private FYT Singles Group on Facebook. You should request Facebook group access using the same name and email associated with your paid membership so FYT staff can match the request. Facebook is a separate third-party platform and has its own terms and policies.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership through the secure Manage Membership page at any time. The normal self-service cancellation setting is cancellation at the end of the current paid billing period. Once cancellation becomes effective, future recurring charges stop and paid-member access may end.

Refunds and billing questions
Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already incurred. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged more than once, or have another refund request, contact us promptly at main@findyourtriberaleigh.com. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited by these terms.
Member conduct and eligibility
The Singles Group is intended for adults age 18 and older. Members must follow applicable FYT community rules and the rules of the third-party platforms used to host the community. FYT may take reasonable action to protect members, the community, and its systems from abuse, fraud, or security threats.
Privacy and communications
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Optional SMS programs are governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase a membership.
Changes and support
We may update these terms for future use of the membership. Material changes affecting an active recurring membership will be communicated when required. Questions can be sent to main@findyourtriberaleigh.com.
