Find Your Tribe Raleigh uses Stripe-hosted checkout and Stripe's customer portal for membership billing and account management.

Payment data

FYT Raleigh does not store full payment card numbers. Card and supported wallet information is entered on Stripe-hosted pages and processed by Stripe.

Secure membership management

Use Manage Membership to update payment information, view billing history, or cancel. Stripe authenticates access to its hosted customer portal using the billing account information associated with your Stripe customer record.

Recognize legitimate pages

Membership signup starts on findyourtriberaleigh.com. Payment pages should be hosted on checkout.stripe.com, and membership-management pages should be hosted on billing.stripe.com. FYT will never ask you to email or text a full payment card number.

Protect your account

Do not forward billing portal access messages or secure account links to other people. If a link looks unexpected, return to findyourtriberaleigh.com and open Manage Membership again rather than using the questionable link.
