How to cancel
You can cancel your recurring membership online without contacting staff. Use the secure Stripe-hosted membership portal:
Stripe will ask you to securely authenticate using the email address associated with your billing account.
When cancellation takes effect
The normal self-service cancellation option is set to the end of your current billing period. This prevents the next renewal while allowing the already-paid membership period to finish. When the cancellation becomes effective, paid-member access may end.
Refund requests
Canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already incurred. If you believe a charge was made in error, you were charged more than once, or you have another refund request, email main@findyourtriberaleigh.com. Any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law remain available.
Rejoining
After a canceled membership ends, you may join again through the FYT Singles Group membership signup page, subject to the then-current membership terms and price.
